Basic Communication Skills Workshop
Learning outcomes:
  • identify your strengths as a communicator
  • understand the principles of effective communication
  • recognize barriers to listening
  • start to compile a toolkit of different ways to communicate effectively
  • have the opportunity to practice different techniques in communication
