- What is an advanced care plan?
- When do you need to consider an advanced care plan?
- How do you introduce an advanced care plan?
- How does an advanced care plan aid decision-making?
- The end of life strategy, mental capacity
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: All healthcare & social care workers who would like to increase their understanding of advanced care plans and end of life care
The course runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm at St Catherine's Education Centre and costs £70-00 ~ includes handouts, refreshments and lunch
