This day will consider:

• how to establish and work within appropriate boundaries
• how to manage difficult situations and emotions
• working with people experiencing loss

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: non-clinical staff who are in regular contact with patients and those close to them

The day runs from  9.30am to 4.30pm at St Catherine’s Education Centre.

The course costs £70-00 ~ includes handouts, refreshments and lunch.
