Library and Resources

The Turner Library was named after a former patient, following a most generous donation by their family, which enabled us to establish this valuable resource.

We work with all staff and volunteers at St Catherine's to support and improve patient care.  If you would like to know how we do this, go to Library Services

We have extensive specialised resources on:

  •  end of life care
  • death and dying
  • grief and bereavement

We are open without charge as a reference facility to local GPs and nurses.

Library members may also use us as a lending library and students on accredited courses or placements at the Hospice may also borrow our books. Annual membership is available at a cost of £25.
