Communication: Are you Listening? free education session for care home staff, commissioned by Health Education England, Kent, Surrey, Sussex
This is a foundation level workshop in communication skills. This workshop will use different strategies and learning methods to enhance communication and listening skills for supportive end of life care conversations. To take part in this workshop, the learner should have some knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (2015) the concept of holistic care.
