Choose us as your Charity of the Year
Supporting us through a charity of the year partnership is good news for everyone – your employees, your business as a whole and local people who we care for.
No matter how big or small your company, we can help you come up with a series of fundraising initiatives to take you through the year. Your charity of the year relationship can include anything from taking part in a challenge to sending us your toner cartridges to recycle.
Your employees’ loved ones may have received our care, or you might just want to do something for a local cause. Whatever your motivation to support us, a partnership with St Catherine’s Hospice can:
• boost staff morale
• encourage cross team working and develop team building skills
• enhance your company’s local image
• generate publicity in local media

Jeppesen
Until their partnership with us began, staff at Jeppesen’s Crawley office had supported various charities on an ad hoc basis. They decided that establishing a charity of the year partnership with St Catherine’s would give their fundraising efforts more focus and boost opportunities for staff from different departments to work together. Jeppesen staff are supporting us in 2012 in many ways including organising regular Blue Bag collections, promoting our Midnight Walk as a volunteering opportunity and entering a team in our Dragon Boat Festival.
Installation Project Services (IPS)
Staff at IPS chose to support St Catherine’s after a colleague sadly passed away under our care. Employees felt that the best way to celebrate his life was to raise funds in his memory with a series of activities throughout the year. The company’s three Directors kick started the year long partnership with a New Year’s resolution: to lose seven stone by Easter, with sponsorship from colleagues, clients and suppliers. Colleagues will be continuing their support throughout 2012 by taking part in some of our events including our Midnight Walk
We are also delighted that Thomas Eggar LLP in Crawley have chosen St Catherine's Hospice as their Charity of the Year. Thomas Eggar are a leading law firm in the South, and the prime choice for commercial and private client services. They are one of the largest in the region, comprising of 6 offices, 71 partners and in excess of 500 staff, focussing on a quality and personal service.
We are pleased to announce that Thomas Eggar are one of the event sponsors for the Dragon Boat Festival, as well as undertaking a number of fundraising activities throughout the year.
Our approach is to make supporting us easy – whether your organisation has done something like this before or not. We can provide you with plenty of fundraising ideas to use throughout the year and will tailor them to your business environment. Your company can be assured of the attention of an experienced account manager to oversee the relationship who will provide advice, materials, encouragement and support.
