The Rotary Club of Caterham has chosen St Catherine’s Hospice as the main beneficiary of this years Easter Bunny Fun Run, starting from Queens Park, Caterham on Sunday 28th March.
The 1k Fun Run starts at 10am and the 5k Race starts at 10.30am.
The 1k run is mostly in the park and along Wood Lane with no roads to cross and marshals at each turn. The 5k race is over an undulating course run on grass, pathway and track through Chaldon and Caterham on the Hill.
Registration fees are £2.50 (or £5 on the day) for the 1K run and £5 (or £10 on the day) for the 5K race. Participants will be rewarded with an Easter egg upon completing the course. Extra special eggs will also be given to the best dressed bunnies and the fastest runners.
Last year almost 400 people took part in this fantastic event, raising nearly £2,000 for good causes! If you are taking part in this event, please use this opportunity to raise sponsorship for St Catherine’s Hospice, the main provider of end of life care in Tandridge.
This year St Catherine’s needs to raise £4.7m in order to continue providing specialised end of life care to local people, their families, friends and carers. This is only possible with the help of people (and bunnies!) like you.
Thank you for your support.
