Trek the Great Wall of China
10 – 18 October 2009
China leaves a lasting impression on all who go there. It is a country immersed in history, mythology and ancient traditions. The trek takes us along sections of the Great Wall, one of the world’s most fascinating places to visit. You will head deep into the countryside away from the places where tourists normally visit. Afterwards you have the opportunity to visit the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square in Beijing.
Cost: £250 deposit plus £2,500 sponsorship
