The Garden & Local Produce Fair 2009

Thursday 14 May 2009

Summers Place Auctions, Sothebys, Billingshurst

The Garden and Local Produce Fair organised by the New Horizons Appeal returned bigger and better than ever this year.

Over 700 people attended and thankfully the rain stayed away.  The event was a huge success for all, including the hosts Berkeley Homes and Summers Place Auctions.

The event was formally opened by Southern Counties and BBC Kent radio gardening expert Jean Griffin, who is pictured (centre) with Caroline Lucas, Chair of the New Horizons Appeal, and Molly Finch-Hatton, organiser and St Catherine's Hospice trustee.

All money raised by the event goes direct to St Catherine's Hospice.
