Finalist teams, the judging panel and Victoria at the Awards Evening in St Catherine’s Education Centre
Victoria Lawrence, Community Fundraiser at the hospice and organiser of the Enterprise Challenge, said: “I am delighted that all of the teams did so well this year. It was a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic and creative young people. This event is a great opportunity for secondary school students to learn more about business planning, teamwork and the importance of supporting charitable causes. We look forward to holding this type of event again this year and would love to hear from any schools who want to find out more. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the participating schools and companies for their support and also West Sussex County Council for backing this initiative again through their Education Business Partnership department.”
Over the last few years, local schools have made a huge difference in their community by raising over £100,000 for St Catherine’s Hospice. If you would like to find out more about how your school can support the hospice, please contact Victoria on 01293 447376.
