St Catherine's relies heavily on the support of charitable trusts and foundations. This support is vital in not only contributing to our core running costs, but also in providing essential funding for new service developments or for capital or equipment needs. For example, a number of charitable trusts and foundations have recently supported major refurbishment programmes for our day service facilities and our kitchen.
We are currently supported by a variety of national, local and private charitable trusts for a range of amounts on a 'one-off' or recurring basis. We are extremely grateful to all those charitable trusts and foundations which make grants for all aspects of our operations. However, we are continually looking to build relationships with new and existing trusts to help support our patient care or provide much-needed funding for new or replacement equipment or capital projects.
If you are a trustee or a representative from a charitable trust, we would be delighted to explore opportunities with you to support the work of St Catherine's. We would also be very pleased to invite you to pay a visit to the hospice to discuss matters.
Each and every grant we receive makes such an important difference in helping us deliver the best possible care for our patients.
