Santa Run Success!

Over 450 people got Santa suited and booted to show their support for St Catherine’s Hospice on Sunday 20th November at our two Santa Runs which were held at Chartham Park Golf & Country Club in East Grinstead and Queen’s Park in Caterham.

The jovial joggers cut a yuletide dash as they completed a 3km lap of the park in a bid to raise £12,000 towards the care and comfort St Catherine’s provides to local patients and their loved ones across the area.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in our Santa Runs and to our sponsors Southern Railway, who looked great in their green Santa suits. Also thanks to Chartham Park Golf & Country Club for allowing us use of their venue and putting on some fantastic refreshments, to the Red Cross, Jacqui & Lisa who led the warm ups and not forgetting our wonderful volunteers who helped to register all our santas, marshal the course, hand out medals and lots more! We were also delighted to see Mayor of East Grinstead Cllr John Saul, Sam Gyimah MP and Cllr Sally Marks.
Below you can find a selection of photos taken at the event, to see more visit our Facebook page. Or scroll down to see our short film from our Caterham run.
