Physiotherapist checks on patientPhysiotherapy in palliative care can play an important part in providing relief from pain and other distressing symptoms and can help you manage your condition.

Advice or treatments provided can help relieve pain and discomfort, aid relaxation and mobility, minimize problems with breathlessness and fatigue, and help address problems of balance and co-ordination.

Patient care is continually reviewed by the multi-professional team and if physiotherapy is indicated then it will be offered.
