What rooms do you have?
We have a Lecture Hall and 3 Meeting Rooms. Meeting rooms 1 and 2 can be combined to make one larger room

How are the rooms laid out?
All rooms can offer flexible layouts based on numbers and individual requirements.

What facilities do you provide?
We can provide a variety of equipment; PC Projector, laptop, OHP, DVD, Flipcharts, Photocopying, Natural daylight, internet access.and a Hearing Loop (Lecture Theatre only)

Can you provide lunch?
We offer a variety of menu choices; all food is prepared on site by our own Catering Supervisor, ranging from Soup, sandwiches, Jacket Potatoes, buffets or hot meals.

Can we bring our own food?
Due to Health & Safety rules, we cannot allow food to be brought in, but we can accommodate most dietary requirements

How can I check if a room is available?
To check availability please telephone the Centre on 01293 447375

What are your rates?
We offer a 3 Tier Daily (8 hour) Delegate Rate system. Evening and Weekend Hire is available and are subject to supplements which are available on request.

Do you have an hourly rate?
We do not currently offer hourly rates.

How can I book a room?
You can provisionally book a room by telephoning Anne Truett on 01293 447379 or email annetruett@stch.org.uk; bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of a completed Booking Form

How do I pay for a room?
As a Charity, we do not take deposits.  Invoices will be sent out following the event and should be then paid within 14 days.
