This half day course will provide you an opportunity to explore:

The indications for syringe drivers in palliative care
Your professional responsibilities
The drugs commonly used, compatibilities and drug calculations
Participate in a practical workshop which will include: setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting common problemsPlease note: a Certificate of Attendance will be issued. Registered nurses please refer to the NMC Code to determine your own competency

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This course is for registered nurses and doctors from all clinical settings who are new to using syringe drivers
