Arts and Crafts Group

Delivered by our Occupational Therapy team, our Arts and Crafts programme is an fun and social group for people currently being cared for by our hospice.

The 12-week programme, with sessions being held every Monday from 1.30pm-2.30pm, aims to improve dexterity and fine motor skills, whilst helping to reduce social isolation.

This programme is ideal for individuals who:

• Have an interest in arts and crafts
• Are looking for a calming, creative outlet
• Enjoy connecting with others whilst being creative.

Activities include mindfulness colouring, collage creating, rock painting, origami, and more.
