Keeping active is really important and can have lots of benefits both physically and emotionally.

Led by our physiotherapists, this fun, chair-based class is designed to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and breathlessness.

You will attend a series of 12 sessions and by the end you will be provided with your own exercise plan to continue with at home.

Attendance at this class is by referral only. Please speak with your St Catherine's care team, or email stch.wellbeing@nhs.net, to discuss whether these sessions are suitable for you.
