Sponsoring a heart is a great way to engage with your local community.
We’re inviting businesses to be a part of HeART to Heart by choosing a uniquely designed heart to sponsor along the trail. Your support will help raise vital funds for the hospice and allow us to reach more people who need expert end of life care.
Get involved, get creative and celebrate your local community! A huge thank you to our Headline Sponsor, Thakeham Homes, for showing their support for people in Surrey and Sussex.
If your business would like to be involved with HeART to Heart, please call Suzanne Davis, Corporate Fundraiser, on: 01293 447357 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are lots of different ways that your company can get involved. Some benefits of being a sponsor for HeART to Heart include:
Additionally, all sponsorship partners will benefit from:
May – July 2018
Artists from across the South East will submit their heart designs ready for sponsors to choose from at the launch in October.
You’ll be invited to an exclusive launch evening where you’ll be able to select your favourite artist and heart design from our shortlist. Each design (not on the actual hearts) will be on display for you to view, along with a full sized designed heart.
October – November 2018
Artists are confirmed and the fun starts!
December 2018 – March 2019
Your chosen artist will be hard at work, bringing their unique design to life ready for the launch of HeART to Heart.
July – September 2019
The HeART to Heart trail will be launched to the public and the hearts will find their home on the trail. The hearts will be on public show for 10 weeks across the areas where St Catherine’s provides expert end of life care. Hearts will be visited by thousands of people from across the region.
Our secret HeART exhibition takes place.
Artists and sponsors are invited to an exhibition and auction of all hearts and mini hearts. This is the only time all hearts will be displayed together.
The auction will raise vital funds for St Catherine’s so no-one has to face death and loss alone.
