We are looking to appoint a new role of Fundraising Insight and Database Officer to play a crucial part in shaping St Catherine’s Hospice fundraising and marketing data strategy. The post holder will take responsibility for the day to day management of the CRM database (Raiser’s Edge), playing a formative role in enabling the fundraising teams to get the most from our data.

Reporting to the Fundraising Insight and Supporter Experience Manager, you will provide in-depth reporting and enjoy undertaking analysis to help draw out actionable insights to enable the fundraising teams to spot trends and opportunities, make decisions and forecast accurately.

You will be the technical systems expert, working with the Supporter Services Manager and Database Co-ordinator to develop processes and govern supporter data to help us reach income and engagement goals. With significant experience of managing a CRM database, advanced excel skills, this role requires a high level of accuracy and persistence as you will be responsible for developing processes and data structure to get the most out of the CRM database functionality.

This post is offered on a full time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. We have returned to the office after lockdowns and restrictions easing, and we are getting used to the new world and generally working a hybrid three of five days in the office.
