Role: Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist
Salary: £38,563.00 - £39,992.00 per annum, plus enhancements (Grade CA6 A-B)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, flexibility or part-time hours will be considered

We are seeking three enthusiastic Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our specialist palliative care nursing team at St Catherine’s Hospice.
Working as part of an integrated team of nurses, covering East Surrey and West Sussex, you will contribute to the overall care of patient and families referred to St Catherine’s within the community/ hospice setting. Specializing in the advisory and care coordinator component of this support, you will have shared clinical responsibility for patients across our catchment managed by an Advanced Palliative Care Practitioner. You will support patients by face to face interaction, video call, and telephone support.
As a team member you will contribute to a positive supportive working environment with an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation.
This post is offered on either a full or part time basis, working up to 37.5 hours per week (Flexibility can be considered). You will participate in a Rota system providing a 7 day per week face to face, telephone and video call service for patients and their families, and participation in the out of hours Rota providing telephone advice and support. This may include visiting out of hours in exceptional circumstances.
