By completing this form you agree to raise a minimum sponsorship of £850 for your heart, payable to St Catherine’s Hospice by 31 January 2022.
We will provide you with an exclusive sponsors’ logo to use on your emails and social media to promote your support for St Catherine’s this Christmas, which you may use from the start of your sponsorship until 31 January 2022. A brand license fee of £1 (excl. VAT) will be applied from your sponsorship funds. Full Brand License Agreement available upon request.
