Book your Christmas Tree collection and support our hospice
Once the turkey’s eaten and the tinsel is de-tangled it’s time to think about recycling your Christmas tree. Let St Catherine’s help tick a job off your January to-do list, with our first ever Christmas tree collections on Saturday 6 January 2024 between 8am and 6pm.

What areas are you collecting Christmas trees from?
We’ll be collecting trees across Crawley, Horsham and East Grinstead.
What do I need to do with my tree?
Just leave your tree, with decorations removed, outside your home where it can be easily seen, and we’ll do the rest! Please make sure your tree is accessible for our team to pick up.
Who will collect my tree?
Our volunteer drivers will collect your tree on Saturday 6 January between 8am and 6pm.
How much does a tree collection cost?
We’re suggesting a donation of £15 – or whatever you can afford.
How will my donation help St Catherine’s?
Your donation will help to fund vital care for people living with a terminal or life-limiting illness in your area. To find out more about how we support people in your community please click here
When can I book a collection?
We’re taking bookings for collections now. Registration for collections closes at 11.59pm on 1 January 2024 so please book before then.

Can you collect my tree if I’ve not made an advance booking?
Unfortunately we’re only able to collect trees which have been pre-booked for collection.
I’ve entered my postcode and you’re not collecting trees in my area, why is this?
It’s our first year running a tree collection so we’ve chosen to focus on a small area across the areas where we provide care for people. We’re hoping this will be a successful campaign and to expand to other areas in the years to come.
Can I get involved and help with your tree collections?
