Final countdown to St Catherine’s Firewalk
It’s less than two months until St Catherine’s Hospice heat up the High Street with a thrilling Firewalk!
Taking place on Friday 2 March from 6.30pm, the Firewalk is the first of its kind for St Catherine’s. Now, the local hospice is calling on the community to come out and cheer on the 100 brave soles facing the flames.
And if you’re looking for a January challenge there’s still a final few Firewalker spaces available! Put your bravery to the ultimate test and walk barefoot across 15 foot of red hot embers – it’s not for the faint hearted! Think you can take the heat? All you need is your courage as UK Firewalk staff will share their expert advice on facing the flames with everyone who takes part.
The Firewalk is the perfect chance to do something different on a Friday while supporting your local hospice to raise funds for local terminally ill people and their family and friends.
Free for the local community, with exciting on the night entertainment, there’ll also be a brick walk for under 18’s that are keen to tackle a tough challenge to raise money.
