Introducing Trek Cambodia for St Catherine’s 

We’re thrilled to launch our next overseas fundraising trek – Trek Cambodia for St Catherine’s. The five-day hike is taking place from 10-18 October 2026, and we’re looking for 28 intrepid explorers to join us for this epic challenge. 

Promising to be an unforgettable journey through rice paddies, jungles, and traditional villages, trekkers will discover mountains, rivers, waterfalls, and Buddhist sites before exploring the magnificent Angkor Wat complex. 

Those who join us will make an extraordinary difference to our hospice. Whether you take part in memory of a loved one or for the adventure of a lifetime, every step you take and every pound you raise will make a difference to local families facing death and loss. The registration fee for the trek is £425, and there are two funding options available*.

We’re hosting an exclusive information evening at our hospice on Wednesday 7 May, 6.30pm – 8pm, where we’ll share all the details, including: 

• Trek itinerary and what to expect – Hear from Different Travel, our challenge partner, who will explain more about what to expect and what is included in the trek. 

• Fundraising expectations and support – Cat from our Fundraising team will chat through the support you can expect to receive while fundraising for this epic adventure. 

• Interview from a previous participant – find out what it’s really like to take on a trek for St Catherine’s as we interview Alison who trekked Morocco in aid of our hospice.

There are only 28 places available on the trip. Bookings will open at the information evening, and spots will fill fast, so come along to get all the details and secure your place.

 *You have two funding options: 

1. Charity Sponsorship: Fundraise £4,000, which covers the trip costs (expected to be around £2,000*), with the rest going directly to St Catherine’s. Or… 
2. Self-funded: Fundraise £2,000, which goes directly to St Catherine’s. You will then need to pay your trip costs (expected to be around £2,000*) to Different Travel – our challenge partner. 

Trip costs are based on a minimum of 20 trekkers and are subject to change. Final trek costs will be communicated 14 weeks before departure.
