Whether it’s an adapted exercise class, support in managing a particular symptom or simply a bit of “R & R” we’ve got something for everyone at our Living Well Centre. Services are available in Crawley and Caterham and they aim to suit a range of interests and abilities.

What’s on?

We run a varied programme with activities designed to promote independence, peer support and wellbeing.  Have a look at the timetable to see what’s on offer. And if you’ve got an idea for something we don’t offer – let us know!

Tea and Talk

An informal, open session to find out more about who we are and what we do.

Symptom Clinic

Expert advice to manage common symptoms with a focus on teaching techniques and supporting your independence.

Seated Exercise

A gentle, low impact exercise group aimed at maintaining and increasing ability.

Movers and Shakers

Standing exercises to develop balance and strength.

Turn up and make

A range of art and crafts in a supportive setting.

Meditation

A gentle guided group meditation. This session is suitable for everyone and can particularly help with anxiety.

Relaxation

Enjoy a slice of rest and relaxation with hand massage, nails and spiritual care.

Gardening Club

A fun, social group undertaking a range of outdoor projects from bulb planting to pot painting.

Choir

A fun session open to all, incorporating some breathing exercises. No experience necessary – everyone is welcome.
