An informal, open session to find out more about who we are and what we do.
Expert advice to manage common symptoms with a focus on teaching techniques and supporting your independence.
A gentle, low impact exercise group aimed at maintaining and increasing ability.
Movers and Shakers
Standing exercises to develop balance and strength.
Turn up and make
A range of art and crafts in a supportive setting.
A gentle guided group meditation. This session is suitable for everyone and can particularly help with anxiety.
Enjoy a slice of rest and relaxation with hand massage, nails and spiritual care.
A fun, social group undertaking a range of outdoor projects from bulb planting to pot painting.
A fun session open to all, incorporating some breathing exercises. No experience necessary – everyone is welcome.
