Support available to patients, their families and carers

Wellbeing sessions – How can St Catherine’s help?

Open to our patients, their families and carers, our wellbeing sessions can support you to live well. Whether you’re living with a terminal illness, caring for someone, or dealing with the loss of someone close, we’ll be there in a way that’s meaningful to you.
Dates for our upcoming sessions are listed in our Wellbeing Events Calendar.

  • Who is this available to?
  • How can I access these sessions?
    • Our sessions are led in the Living Well Centre at our Malthouse Road site. Please see individual session information on how to book.
    • How we support you as a hospice will not always need to be at our Malthouse Road site. We are committed to help our patients and their families access the services they need, close to where they live.
  • Who runs these wellbeing resources?
    • Our Wellbeing Team delivers these sessions, as well as some of our specially trained volunteers. Some group events may be delivered through our trusted partners at the hospice or in your local area.
  • What do you have available?
    • Sessions are running now, with more to be added later this year. See below for more details or check our Wellbeing Calendar for upcoming dates.
