Think of this as the sales pitch for your event. Please keep in mind that the information you provide will be used to determine what promotional activity we do around your event. Consider how you’d like your event to be marketed and advertised. Aim to make your text sound as engaging and exciting as possible to capture attention and generate interest. Please write in the third person and include a sentence about why you are fundraising for the hospice (e.g. “Joe Bloggs is running the London Marathon for the hospice in memory of his Mum and is hosting a quiz night to raise vital funds”).

If your event is at someone’s home address, including your own, we are unable to promote it on our channels.
If your event is free to attend, please put “0”. Please let us know if the ticket price is per person or for a group. For example, your quiz might be £15 for a team of 6.
Provide details of how people can book tickets for your event. This could be the link to an online booking site, contact details of the event organiser, and/or advice on how to buy tickets on arrival.
These will be used to promote your event and could include photos from previous similar events or stock imagery relating to your fundraiser. Please ensure that any images you upload comply with copyright laws and that you have permission to use them. Please do not only upload event flyers, leaflets, or posters. If the images you provide are not appropriate, we will select a suitable alternative.
