Working at St Catherine's Hospice

working-at-st-catherines-hospice

St Catherine’s is a local hospice with a big ambition, and we need the very best people to make it happen.

For 35 years, we have provided palliative, end of life care and bereavement care services throughout West Sussex and East Surrey. We are always looking for talented people to join our expert team so that everyone can have access to outstanding hospice care. Currently, we can only reach one in three local people who are living with a terminal illness, and by expanding our team of experts, we hope to be able to change that so no one has to face death and loss alone.

At St Catherine’s, we all work together to provide the best care and support for our local community: from caring for our patients on the Inpatient Unit and out in the community, to providing bereavement support through out Patient and Family Support team. We also rely on our support service teams to keep our pioneering care running, such as our Fundraising, Finance, IT and Trading teams. Our vision is a world where everyone can face death informed, supported and pain free. We would love for you to work with us and ensure that this happens, and that our local community can can receive the care and support they deserve when life comes full circle.

"The best part of working at St Catherine's for me is being able to assist people who are approaching end of life, to spend their final moments comfortable, around loved ones and hopefully enjoying what they do most. I feel we enable people to live until death."
