For more than 40 years, we’ve provided end of life care and bereavement support throughout West Sussex and East Surrey. Now is a really exciting time to join our team as we’re now operating from a our purpose-built modern hospice facility in Pease Pottage.

We support families of any faith or none, and this is no different for our colleagues. Despite the name St Catherine’s, we are not affiliated with any religious organisations and both welcome and accept applications from all backgrounds and beliefs.
Speaking up and raising concerns is important in creating a positive working culture and safe environment for ourselves and those we care for. Here at St Catherine’s, we want all employees and volunteers to feel empowered to speak up, and we have a number of platforms that encourage and allow people to do this. One of these methods is through our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians.
Our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians are Sue Reader, HR Partner, and Joanna Coltart, Therapies and Wellbeing Manager.
