Accessing Practical Care and Support

Our Clinical Team is available to answer any questions you might have, from medication to how to get someone out of the bath safely.

We can also give you nutrition and exercise advice, help you manage tiredness, or put you in touch with the many other organisations out there to support you too.

Please call 01293 447333 and ask to speak to our Triage Team if you have any questions about care.
