Terms and Conditions

Please find below the terms and conditions for booking a course with us.

Booking Conditions:

Provisional places on our courses will be held for 28 days. The booking may be released without us telling you if you don’t confirm.

Your booking receipt will be sent to you within 10 days of St Catherine’s receiving your booking form, and a letter confirming your place will be sent 28 days before the course date. The letter will give any additional details that you might need before you attend. Certificates will be issued at the end of the course.

Payment:

Full payment is required before the course takes place. Cheques should be made payable to St Catherine’s Hospice, Crawley. If an invoice has been requested, this will be sent direct from our Accounts Department and if your organisation needs a Purchase Order number please include it when you fill out your booking form.

Cancellations or Substitutions:

Refunds can be made for any bookings that are cancelled at least 28 days before the course. No refunds will be made for non-attendance or cancellation after that time.

It maybe possible, at the time of cancellation, for delegates to move to a similar course that is taking place at a later time, if there are spaces.

We reserve the right to cancel courses if there are insufficient numbers 28 days before the course date. Delegates will be told in writing and refunds given where appropriate

Catering:

Full-day courses for external delegates include all refreshments and lunch. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know at least seven days before your course starts. Half day courses include refreshments.

General:

We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. All delegates are required to register their attendance on arrival.
